XRP ETF inflows meet resistance
AMBCrypto reported that weekly XRP spot ETF inflows reached $14.86 million through July 31. The same article placed cumulative net inflows at $1.51 billion and total net assets at $988.78 million.
FXStreet also cited SoSoValue for the third positive XRP ETF week. Its market read was less friendly: XRP stayed below short-term moving averages while broader crypto risk appetite stayed weak.
The useful point is the gap between product demand and spot confirmation. SoSoValue’s XRP dashboard shows the ETF bid, but the chart still needs price acceptance above nearby resistance.

Why the flow is not enough yet
The fresh CryptoFocus calculation puts the weekly ETF inflow beside live exchange liquidity. The $14.86 million weekly inflow equals 29.8 percent of Binance XRPUSDT 24-hour spot turnover. It also equals 4.7 percent of Binance XRPUSDT futures open interest.
That is meaningful for a single weekly product print, but it is not overwhelming. Spot traders still need to lift offers near $1.10, then defend $1.13. Without that, ETF buying can support the floor without changing the trend.
The other warning is asset coverage. XRP can attract ETF demand while Bitcoin and Ethereum funds send mixed signals. That makes XRP a relative-flow story, not a clean risk-on signal for every major coin.
The market map for traders
At the Binance print used here, XRP needs a 2.23 percent rise to touch $1.10. The 24-hour range is tight enough that the level is reachable in one active session. It is also close enough to invite false starts.
Open interest is the risk layer. At $315.84 million, the futures book is more than six times Binance spot turnover. A small spot move can therefore pull leveraged traders into the same resistance zone.
Binance spot data shows the token barely down over 24 hours, but still below the barrier. That fits the ETF story: steady accumulation, limited confirmation.
What EU holders should watch
For Dutch and wider EU holders, the key issue is product access. MiCA shapes exchange and custody rules, but it does not make a U.S. XRP ETF a local retail product. Many readers will still express the trade through spot XRP on regulated platforms or through offshore products.
That matters for risk. A U.S. ETF inflow number can move sentiment before the same exposure is available in a Dutch brokerage account. CryptoFocus recently covered Ripple’s ZILO deal and XRP Ledger upgrades, but those network stories still need price confirmation.
The next XRP ETF inflows check
The clean next data point is the next SoSoValue daily print. If inflows continue and XRP closes above $1.10, the fund bid becomes harder to dismiss. If price rejects the level, the story stays defensive.
