Binance is removing Pax Dollar from its platform in stages, with spot trading set to stop on September 24, 2026 at 03:00 UTC. The practical deadline is not the same for every holder: deposits, withdrawals, Convert, Earn, Pay, copy trading and margin all sit on separate cut-off times.
What you need to know
---
1Spot trading and trading bots for USDP stop on September 24, 2026 at 03:00 UTC.
2USDP deposits will not be credited after September 25, 2026 at 03:00 UTC.
3USDP withdrawals from Binance are not supported after November 24, 2026 at 03:00 UTC.
4A Binance conversion after November 25 is possible but not guaranteed, and the target stablecoin or rate is not promised.
The important caveat is simple: USDP itself does not disappear. Binance is ending support for the Pax Dollar token on its own exchange. Paxos still describes USDP as a dollar-backed Paxos-issued asset, so the question for Binance users is operational: where a remaining balance can be moved, converted or withdrawn before the Binance deadlines pass.
Binance’s English notice, published on September 10 and updated the same day, says the exchange decided to delist USDP after its periodic review. The notice lists possible review factors such as liquidity, regulatory requirements, development activity and community communication, but it does not give one single reason for USDP.
The September dates are already moving
Several product windows fall before the main spot-trading halt. Binance Pay and Binance Pool support ended on September 16 at 03:00 UTC, and VIP Loan and Flexible Loan positions were scheduled to close on September 16 at 07:00 UTC. Spot Copy Trading is next on September 17 at 03:00 UTC, while Simple Earn removes USDP after September 17 at 07:00 UTC.
For a normal spot-account holder, the two dates that matter most are later. Binance Convert for USDP closes on September 24 at 02:00 UTC, one hour before spot trading and trading bots stop. Deposits then stop being credited after September 25 at 03:00 UTC. From that point, the route narrows: a user can no longer send USDP in and expect it to appear on Binance.
November is the withdrawal line
The final scheduled Binance withdrawal deadline is November 24, 2026 at 03:00 UTC. Binance says delisted tokens may be converted into stablecoins after November 25 at 03:00 UTC, but also says that conversion is not guaranteed. That wording matters. A remaining USDP balance should not be treated as having a promised automatic destination, rate or timeline.
Binance TH published a separate regional notice for the USDP/USDT pair, with local Bangkok times that map to the same September 24 trading stop and November 24 withdrawal deadline. That supports the broader timing, but it should not be read as a statement about USDT itself. The delisted asset is Pax Dollar, ticker USDP.
Why this is not just another delisting note
Market context on September 16: CoinMarketCap showed a crypto market worth about $2.59 trillion, with bitcoin near $75,700 and ether near $2,400. USDP is tiny beside the largest stablecoins, so the market impact is less important than the account-level risk: holders who ignore the schedule can end up with a balance that is harder to move from Binance.
The clean checklist is therefore narrow. Check Spot, Convert, Earn, Pay, Copy Trading, margin, loans and any hidden-small-balance setting for USDP. If there is a balance, decide before the relevant deadline whether it belongs in another supported wallet or venue, or whether it should be converted while the Binance route is still available. The token is not vanishing, but the Binance support path is closing in steps.
